I was born in San Miniato, Tuscany, in 1977, but it was during my studies that I discovered my passion for nature and truffles! After school, I began to work as a farmer in one of Tuscany's most renowned farms to understand more about its truffle appeal.
A few years later I took some time off to travel throughout Italy. I immediately fell in love with this incredible country - and its outstanding food, of course!
After two years of traveling around and working in various places, I finally decided to settle in San Miniato – my birthplace at the gates of the Chianti. Since then I worked at Francesca's Tuscan farm. As a professional farmer, it's always a great pleasure for me to introduce truffle lovers to this fantastic natural and authentic Tuscan food! I'd like to share my knowledge and experience with people from all over the globe!
