An unforgettable wine tour in Tuscany!

My husband and I had only two nights in Florence, but knew we wanted to visit some wineries, so we chose Italy and Wine — and it was the perfect decision! Our day began with a trip to San Gimignano, where the views were stunning and the gelato absolutely unforgettable. It was especially meaningful for me, as I hadn’t visited since I was a child. Vittorio gave us helpful tips on the best spots for panoramas and, of course, where to get the finest gelato. Our first stop was a charming, family-owned winery focusing on white wines. The owner’s daughter welcomed us with a delicious three-course Tuscan meal, each dish perfectly paired with their wines. She also shared the full history of the estate and explained their winemaking process. The intimate setting allowed us to ask all our questions freely — and Vittorio, as a true wine expert, gave us honest and insightful answers. Next, we visited a larger winery specializing in Chianti wines, which provided a perfect contrast to the first stop. Both wineries were outstanding, and we even shipped a case of wine home. This tour was educational, fun, and truly memorable — a must-do experience that is worth every penny!
