Our guide, Andrea, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, which made the day even more enjoyable. The tour starts with an hour to explore the charming medieval town of San Gimignano on your own—a perfect way to soak in the history and atmosphere before heading to the wineries. Both wineries we visited offered outstanding wines, and the lunch might have been the best pasta we had during our entire time in Italy. While we’re not wine experts, Andrea did a fantastic job guiding us through the tastings, helping us pick out tasting notes and understand the nuances between the different wines. We had such a great time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to enjoy wine tasting and explore a picturesque town outside of Florence. It’s absolutely worth it!
