Coming from California, I’ve been on many wine tours — yet I realized I’d never truly understood the art of tasting until this one. During our Chianti & Castle tour, we learned a simple yet eye-opening three-step method: first, observing the wine’s color and viscosity; second, identifying its layered aromas; and finally, tasting it while noting how it evolves across the palate. The whole experience was both fun and educational, and the lunch setting looked straight out of a fairy tale. I couldn’t have asked for a better day filled with great wines, beautiful scenery, and wonderful company. Highly recommended!
