At the Col Vettoraz estate in Valdobbiadene, we sampled an impressive lineup of Prosecco before walking the vineyard trail overlooking the prized Cartizze hillside, followed by a relaxed lunch in the village of Combai and an afternoon visit to a local producer cooperative where we compared labels from five different estates.
