Wine and Truffle Tour
If you like truffles and you want to find a good complement with this particular food delicacy, I recommend this special experience. The tour starts from Florence and will bring you to San Miniato one of the most famous region in the world for truffle. A truffle hunter and his dogs will take you to a walk through the woods finding truffles. The tour will end in a small winery, here you will have the chance to combine fresh truffles and wine.
On request it is possible to stop in a local restaurant to have a specia truffle dinner (this is an extra that you will paylocally).
Schedule
- 10:00 a.m. Departure from your location.
- 10:45 a.m. Arrival in San Miniato and walk through the woods with an expert truffle hunter and his dog finding truffles.
- 12:00 p.m. We will move in a local winery for a wine and truffle tasting.
- 02:00 p.m. We go back to Florence where the tour will be end by 3:00 pm. Have a nice trip!
