the area of OLTREPO' PAVESE is the best place for growing pinot noir in italy and the largest area after CHAMPAGNE.
Riesling, chardonnay, pinot noir, barbera and bonarda are the thypical grapes of this region.
Not far from Milan you can taste whites, red and sparkling good wines.

This is the program
- 09:00 a.m. Departure from Milan or your location .
- 10:00 a.m. Arrival at the first winery in SANTA GIULETTA and visit the cellar and wine tasting (TENUTA ISIMBARDA)
- 11:30 a.m. Second stop in Casteggio and visit the second vinery (Azienda Fratelli Barberini).
- 1:00 p.m. Light lunch in a thipical restaurant or in the vinery.
- 3.00 p.m. last vinery in ROCCA DE GIORGI at ANTEO VINERY.
- 4.30 p.m. We go back to Milan where the tour would be end by 6:00 pm.
- (Wineries are only suggested, and may be substituted at anytime based on group size and tasting room availability.)
