Donatella
joins us for a hands-on lesson in pasta making and lunch. No pasta
machines here! Donatella will demonstrate hand-made pastas, sauces
and baking. The abundance of fresh vegetables, herbs, meats, fish,
and local farm products is the first ingredient for this robust
cuisine. We will add both classic and creative spins to our repertoire,
including: - Taglietelle with Fresh Tomato Sauce; Tortelli with
Spinach Ricotta and Sage Butter; Gnocchi Nudi; and Cantuccini.
Each plate has a legend, each touch of you will give more history.
Two hours of cooking class, learning, chatting and drinking a white
aperitif wine while you'll do Tortelli, Tagliatelle and Cantuccini
biscuits.
Option: after the cooking lesson you can have a Spice
Tour as an option. The tour start at 2.30 p.m. and end at 5.00
p.m.
