Meet
Patrizia and Massimo for a lesson preparing Tuscan recipes. Join
them in preparing a meal of Tuscan-style tapas (cichete) for lunch.
This is a perfect way to enjoy the wonderful wines from the Chianti
area.
These residential courses take place in a 500 year old Tuscan
farmhouse amidst olive groves and vineyards.
In the afternoon we move in a near winery for visiting a winery
and having a wine tasting.

This is the program for the day
10.00 a.m. Departure from Florence.
11.00 a.m. Arrival at Barberino where you will meet Chefs Patrizia
& Massimo who will teach some of the special recipes. At the
end of the lesson lunch is included.
02.30 p.m. Driving along the hills where you can see the different
type of vineyard.
03.00 p.m. We stop at the winery for visiting and wine tasting.
